When you use the tinydate application ("the app", "we", "us", "our"), whether on the website tinydate.me or through an installed application, you accept and agree to the Terms of Service (this document, the “Agreement”) and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms described in these two documents, you may not use the app.
You can use the app to schedule and go on dates with other users of the app. It is your responsibility to decide if the app is meeting your needs.
Information about our security and privacy practices can be found in the Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these terms or by using the app, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Currently you can get paid $2 for each date when you submit a post-date vote with Feedback. In the process of submitting your vote, you must fill in the box asking for Feedback about the app. You must report on how the app worked for you, and any suggestions you have for app improvement. Payment will be to your PayPal account using the email address you used to sign up for your tinydate account. If you want to receive payment through a different PayPal email address, you must specify that address in the Feedback dialog box as you vote on your date.
At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to deny payment for a date if we suspect that the date was made in a fraudulent or otherwise problematic way.
We reserve the right to terminate the paid-to-date offer at any time. We will update these Terms of Service if and when we terminate the offer, so be sure to check this Terms of Service page often.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU HEREBY RELEASE US AND AGREE TO HOLD US HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CAUSES OF ACTION AND CLAIMS OF ANY NATURE RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) ANY ACT, OMISSION, OPINION, RESPONSE, ADVICE, SUGGESTION, INFORMATION AND/OR SERVICE OF ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THE APP. THIS INCLUDES THE CASE WHERE WE HAVE RECIEVED REPORTS OF USERS MAKING OTHER USERS FEEL UNSAFE WHEN USING THE APP OR DURING DATES MADE WITH THE APP. WE MAY ACT ON SUCH REPORTS IN VARIOUS WAYS, INLCLUDING BY RESTRICTING WHETHER AND IN WHAT WAYS SUCH USERS MAY USE THE APP, BUT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO TAKE ANY PARTICULAR ACTION WHEN WE RECEIVE SUCH REPORTS.
YOU UNDERSTAND, AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING WITH RESPECT TO THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY AND ALL USE OF THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MONEY PAID BY YOU OR ON YOUR BEHALF THROUGH THE WEBSITE'S PAYMENT PROCESSOR IN THE 12 MONTHS PERIOD PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.
If the applicable law in your jurisdiction does not allow the limitation of liability as set forth above, the limitation will be deemed modified solely to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law in your jurisdiction.
This section (limitation of liability) shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
You understand that we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app, whether to all users or specifically to you, at any time with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable for any losses or damages that are caused by such changes, interruptions, or termination.
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the app's reliability and availability, you understand that no app can be 100% reliable and available and so we cannot guarantee that the app will be available or error-free at all times.
We may provide notices or other communications to you regarding this Agreement or any aspect of the app, by email, by regular mail, or by posting it online. The date of receipt shall be deemed the date on which such notice is given. Notices sent to us must be sent by email to admin@tinydate.me.
THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND US. YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE NOT RELIED UPON ANY PROMISES OR REPRESENTATIONS BY US EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
We may change this Agreement by posting modifications in the app. Unless otherwise specified by us, all modifications shall be effective upon posting. Therefore, you are encouraged to check the terms of this Agreement frequently. The last update date of this Agreement is posted at the bottom of the Agreement. By using the app after the changes become effective, you agree to be bound by such changes to the Agreement. If you do not agree to the changes, you must not use the app.
We may freely transfer or assign this Agreement or any of its obligations hereunder.
The section headings in this Agreement are solely for the sake of convenience and will not be applied in the interpretation of this Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, unenforceable, or otherwise contrary to law, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
All clauses regarding limitations of liabilities and indemnification shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
These terms of service will be constructed according to and are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Washington State, USA, regardless of where the app operates and regardless of where you access the app from.
